Partial solution for #177.

I've introduced new platform named Mono and disabled GUI tools for that platform (we're using WPF, and it's not accessible on Mono anyways).

@impworks I've managed to fix Travis issue and I have the successful build in https://travis-ci.org/ForNeVeR/lens/builds/202921047

At the current moment, we aren't running the tests on Travis (I'll fix that in further PR in scope of #177). That CI failure is tracked at #180, so I believe that's ready for merge.
