Setup

1. Create a hugging face account at https://huggingface.co/
2. Get an access token from https://huggingface.co/settings/tokens
3. Give permission at https://huggingface.co/EvolutionaryScale/esm3-sm-open-v1
4. Build the Docker image:

   make setup
   

To view the output

Install pymol: brew install pymol To view the output: pymol ./generation.pdb

Or use ChimeraX: https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html
