I investigated https://bestipfs.net/ and it does not appear to be a list of public gateways. Rather, there is a field to enter a CID, with no explanation of how to use the website. Could you please clarify how this site is used?

Thanks for your reply, I made a homepage for entering CID, when you enter CID it will go to the list of public gateways and will be sorted according to the response time of the public gateways.
