0.0.8: Configuration API support

The previous version extended reach distance to the zoomed out radar view. In this version, we reduce it to just the default viewport. Configuration options have been added to allow you to increase it up to ten thousand units. See Options > Mods > Long Reach

0.15 compat

Note that this mod now allows you to place at quite a distance due to the new minimap features. If this is undesired, please edit the mod. I am also accepting pull requests that add the new config API, so that users can set whatever distance they want.
