First working version

A first version that just does what I need it to do:

• Can load .ini files from Weinzierl's TraceMon
• Can interpret the debug codes sent via serial comm from the MCU running System7 stack from Weinzierl
• Can parse project from path (so no need for TraceMon even for generating .ini) !!experimental!!
  • In this case automatically reloads the mapping when a file on the path is changed
