The uri builder was changed from using the GetApiUrlForLocalAccess function to create the uri based on the valid interfaces because when using the published url setting dlna would not bind to the valid ip addresses and just the host name in the published url. When that was changed, the baseurl was no longer being used.
This should fix #74
