Beta of Irena 2.69, Nika 1.82, and Indra 1.97

Beta release of Irena 2.69, Nika 1.82, and Indra 1.97. Adds in Irena three new tools - 3D modeling tools for Mass Fractal Aggregate and Two Phase Solid systems. Also adds tool for quantification of anisotropically scattering systems. In Nika adds better support of 12ID-C data (correct loading of masks, which failed in prior release). Many packages changed compile parameter (rtGlocals=3) which may cause runtime errors. Please, report any errors to author so these errors can be fixed.
