May2019 beta release - second beta release of Irena 2.69, Nika 1.82, and Indra 1.97

Beta release of Irena 2.69, Nika 1.82, and Indra 1.97. Adds in Irena three new tools - 3D modeling tools for Mass Fractal Aggregate and Two Phase Solid systems. Also adds tool for quantification of anisotropically scattering systems. Nika adds much faster "batch" mode - thanks to skipping images, it is 50-75% faster. Niak also adds better support of 12ID-C data (correct loading of masks, which failed in prior release). Many packages changed compile parameter (rtGlocals=3) which may cause runtime errors. Please, report any errors to author so these errors can be fixed.

Irena 2.68, Nika 1.81, and Indra 1.96

This is December 2018 release for Irena ver. 2.68, Nika ver. 1.81, and Indra ver. 1.96. Important update is addition of new 64 bit versions of xop for OSX. OSX users, please, reinstall 64-bit version of xops, especially if you use Igor 8. Code improvements Irena: Data Merging has improvements, canSAS Nexus file export fixes for sasView, and number of small bug fixes and improvements. Nika: fixes for DND support, added q rings to image, code fixes and improvements. Indra: USAXS related fixes for 2018-03 cycle.

Beta of Irena ver. 2.68, Nika ver. 1.81, and Indra ver. 1.96

This is Beta release for Irena ver. 2.68, Nika ver. 1.81, and Indra ver. 1.96. Small improvements in . code, but important update is addition of new 64 bit versions off xop fro OSX. Reinstall 64-bit version of xops, especially if you use Igor 8.

Irena:
Igor 8.0 tested.
Size distribution - added power law slope to Background so one can subtract also low-q power law slope. Added buttons to perform power law fit and background fit. Added option to fit the parameters when data are added to the tool.
Nexus exporter - changed to use 1/angstrom for Q as sasView below 4.1.2 (probably below 4.3 at least) cannot convert Q units on import.
Unified fit - modified how the limits and steps are handled when user set value to 0. Fixed Uncertainty analysis in Unified fit which seems to have failed on Igor 8.

Nika:
Igor 8.0 tested.
Fixed NEXUS exporter to save data which are easily compatible with sasView. sasView has serious limitations on what it can accept as input NXcanSAS nexus data.
Removed range selection controls and moved Save data options to its own tab "Save"
Added ImageStatistics and control for user for delay between series of images.
Added font type and size control from configuration to be used for CCD image label.
Added ability to fix negative intensities over subtraction. Checkbox on Empty tab and if checked, ~1.5*abs(V_min) is added to ALL points intensities.

Indra:
Igor 8.0 tested.
Modified behavior of Automatic blank selection in GUI.

June 2018 Beta - new Size Distribution version included

Beta version which adds significantly upgraded version of Size Distribution. Includes prior fixes for Igor 8 (and 7). Igor 8 should support long names when selected in the configuration GUI.

Fix Janury2018 release for 9ID WAXS file format change.

This is minor fix of January2018 release with fix for 9ID WAXS data format reading.

Irena ver. 2.66, Nika ver. 1.79, and Indra ver. 1.94

Nika :
Modified main interface to have radio buttons and only one button for action. This makes cleaner interface as some controls can be hidden. Unluckily, panel is now higher by 20 points.
Added support for ALS SRoXS soft energy beamline.
Improved 9IDC USAXS support.
Added more masking options into main panel listbox right click.
Bug fix - changed ki/kout single precision waves to double precision. This caused issues under very small angles when data were unintentionally binned to less points what should have been produced. This is very old bug causing issues at very small Q vectors with short wavelengths and no beamstops.
Irena :
Plotting tool I - added control which enforces maximum number of items in legend (default=30). If more waves are in graph, legend gets decimated by necessary integer(2, 3, 4,...). First and last are always included. This presents selection of data names when too many data sets are used.
MergeData - added ability to fit-extrapolate data 1 at high q end and added possibility to fit arbitrary combination of merging parameters. Lots of changes. More capable and more complicated.
Unified Fit - added button "Copy/Swap level" which will move content of existing level to another level.
Indra:
Added ability to smooth R_Int data - suitable mostly for Blank where it removes noise from the blank. Should reduce noise of the USAXS data.
Added masking options into Flyscan panel Listbox.
All:
Converted all procedure files to UTF8 to prevent text encoding issues.
Checked that - with reduced functionality - code will work without Github distributed xops.
Tested and fixed for Igor 8 beta version.

This is beta version for RSoXS support code testing and with many improvements in Indra (USAXS) support. Minimal changes to Irena, but some GUI behavior changes which should impact most users.
