My Calendar v3.4.0-RC-4

Removes some debugging, fixes a problem that could occur if the plug-in's upgrade routines ran without previously saved settings, lengthens icon list transient, allows shortcode generator filter to return arrays, changes all day events in iCal to use date values instead of datetime.
