1. Minutes of the last meeting: ... were not adopted

2. Report from EB meeting on 02 April:

• date for the stakeholder workshop in Nairobi was fixed next steps: hotel will be contacted, invitations will be sent of this week or next Monday online participation will be via zoom or webex meeting will recording of the meeting is recommended, at least the plenary part excursion will be planned either to Mount Kenya or Kapiti (Taita is no option) Christine is in charge of the organisation of the stakeholder workshop
• number of responses and progress with the stakeholder survey is slow; Kennedy is in charge
• Ivory Coast is extending its air quality efforts / capabilities
• annual KADI meeting will be in Nairobi, week October 14 - 18

3. News from Mount Kenya

• Lutz was at Mount Kenya last week; he managed to fix the Picarro issue and he replaced a compact weather station; checked the UPS
• Lutz got stuck at Sirimon Gate for 90 minutes; KMD Nanyuki was informed but KMD Nairobi was poorly informed, communication needs to be improved for future visits; not clear why the problems appeared.

4. Reports from the participants:

• Empa is working on the Mount Kenya data; measurements combined with biomass burning data and ITCZ
• timely resolved ITCZ data (more than a climatology) could be helpful for data interpretation; KMD is looking into it if they can provide those
• KADI abstract for ICOS Science Conference in September in France was jointly finalized during the conference call
