Update FAKE 08 on OnionOS

To update FAKE-08 on OnionOS 4+, do the following 1)Download MiyooMini-libretro from the release or github actions page and extract the zip 2)rename fake08_libretro_miyoomini.so to fake08_libretro.so 3)copy that .so file into /RetroArch/.retroarch/cores/ on your Miyoo Mini SD card. Make a backup of the existing one just in case
