I wasn't able to figure out why the tests on windows were failing just by looking at the CI logs.
But if you have some time to take a look that'd be great :)

Error with pluggy v1.4.0

- pluggy._manager.PluginValidationError: Plugin 'nbval' for hook 'pytest_collect_file'
- hookimpl definition: pytest_collect_file(path, parent)
- Argument(s) {'path'} are declared in the hookimpl but can not be found in the hookspec

The environment just needed to be reactivated for the tests on windows to not time out.
