Description

This PR combines the main.py and server.py files in the server directory. The main.py file now handles both the server initialization and application logic. Additionally, the references to these files in the root repository package.json scripts have been updated to point to the combined main.py file.

Summary of Changes

  • Combined the contents of main.py and server.py into a single file, main.py.
  • Updated the references to main.py in the root repository package.json scripts.
  • Set the Uvicorn server to the specific port and host as specified in the environment variables.
  • Ensured that the GitHub Action test-pipeline passes by running the tests and fixing any issues that arose.

Fixes #147.

The npm run start:all script is broken. Please check the package.json and scripts/start:all bash scripts to see if the portions of the code starting the server are working in tandem with the recent integration of server.py and main.py.
