Just some scripts to format the output produced by Vicuna ContigFormatting_C.sh formats the contigs produced by vicuna for control datasets (n=2). ContigFormatting_P.sh formats the contigs produced by vicuna for test datasets (n=20). Contig_correction_C/P.sh correct the reading frame of the contigs on the basis of the output of sequence loactor on LANL HIV website.
