- Added new app icon, updated contact to go to Engage, and added an app category.
- Pinned R dependencies to static versions.
- Created schedule for tests to run twice monthly.

When the R ecosystem changes, some dependencies may fail to be installed properly. Having a recent working build will let us know what versions still work with this module. This will also serve as an early warning to breaking changes.
