Download a test dataset for processing with RawTools for Linux

If you don't have any data you would like to process currently but still want to test out RawTools, follow these steps to download a test data file.

Download test data file

In your web browser, visit the EBI Pride web portal for the dataset with the identifier PXD011070 (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/archive/projects/PXD011070).

Click the Download link on the right beside the raw file named ch_23Aug2018_HeLa_Std_1.raw. Save the file in the RawTools working folder you created earlier for easy access.

Now that you have data, you are ready to move on to parsing and quantifying your data with RawTools.
