I removed binary files from bin and lib. It is not usual to commit the output of a build. I presume they were committed by mistake. The bin and lib directories will be created automatically when make is run.
I also removed the binary files from the CMakeFiles directory. These files are generated when you run cmake and should not be committed.
Also, I made a small change in Makefile so that "make clean" will work.
