Summary
(Apologies if this deemed unnecessary! I've noticed the links previously updated in sigstore#822 have moved again)
The purpose of this PR is to update the links in the docs deprecation notices. The updates links currently direct to 404s on sigstore.dev.
Why not remove the deprecations notices? Because several articles and other locations are still directly referencing the markdown files in the docs here and new adopters (especially those new to the signing concepts) will still likely benefit from this more direct docs discovery.
sigstore#822 previously addresses this issue, but the docs have moved again as the docs site has evolved.
