Statistical learning task

Kathryn Schuler edited this page Jun 24, 2016 · 1 revision

In a typical statistical learning task, participants are exposed to a set of words or sentences from an artificial grammar. After exposure, they are asked to decide whether test words or sentences came from the language they were just exposed to. They respond to each test item via a rating scale or a 2-alternative force choice (2AFC) test.
