Formulate is a library to build and manipulate formulations. It can be use for materials, cosmetics or any activities involving mixing of components. This version computes oxygen balance, eutectic points and equilibrium temperature. The purpose of this library is allowing a way to build deep learning datasets for materials and formulations.
