UI Builder helpers for Jaxon custom attributes

This package extends the HTML UI builder with functions for Jaxon custom attributes.

After the package is installed, the following helpers will be available.

`jxnShow`: attach a component to a DOM node

`jxnHtml`: show the HTML code of a component

`jxnTarget`: set a DOM node as a target for events

`jxnOn`: set an event handler on one or more nodes
