Potpie gives you AI Agents that have deep semantic understanding of your codebase

This pull request introduces a new bundle Potpie, to both the backend and frontend of the project. The changes include the implementation of the 2 components, its integration into the frontend, and the addition of a new icon for Potpie.

Components:

1. Parse Repo:: Create a project in potpie for repo in github using repo name, parses synchronously
2. Query Repo: Query ai agent with the full context on repository
