Seems to have been added by a revert-revert, however it seems to be the wrong assertion to make in this case. Causes flakiness if the modal is dismissed *first*.

Allows the UpdateProgressLog for video downloads/deletes to be accurately reported, as well as avoiding unnecessary downloads.
Independently imports vtt.js, uses videojs-novtt.
We need to access it directly for our video.js config. It's a dependency of video.js, but because node_modules may be flat or nested depending on the system, let's ensure it's always available at the top level for imports.
Creates a more foolproof order for the `wait_for_video_player_ready` helper. Waits for intermediary js objects to be loaded, then finally waits for the globally-scoped `player` object to be ready before allowing execution to continue.
The intent is to fallback to flash tech if there's an error on Windows XP (other OSes work fine as-is). But it doesn't do that, and causes a test to fail. See the comment there. Leaving in for extra context.
