  • Fix broken code for v13
  • Remove future deprecations like addPageTSConfig -> excluded into own file page.tsconfig
  • Bump TYPO3 version to 13 and PHP to 8.2-8.3

Maybe some minor adjustments needed.
For the most functionality it works (already used in production)

I will merge this changes and will add the compatibility for v12 in the next commit.
