Installation

Symly is available through different package managers for Linux and macOS

DEB: Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint, …​
sudo apt install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:loicrouchon/symly
sudo apt update
sudo apt install symly
RPM: Fedora
sudo dnf install 'dnf-command(copr)'
sudo dnf copr enable loicrouchon/symly
sudo dnf install symly
Homebrew (macOS/Linux)
brew install loicrouchon/symly/symly

If your package manager is not supported, you can take a look at the alternative installation options below:

Artifacts can also be downloaded manually from GitHub.

The following artifacts are available:

  • Jar application with a bootstrap script. Requires JVM 17+

  • .deb and .rpm packages.

Build
