I had released a version with updated OpenCV 4 libraries. This caused some issues with the program so I had to restore back to the old OpenCV 3 code. When they release a new version of OpenCV 4 I will try it and see if it works with the project.

I noticed the program's interface becomes a little unresponsive when using many filters or in higher resolutions. I have fixed this, so the program pauses when you are going through the menus and stuff.
