You have added x265/HEVC support to the program. However, it is only enabled in video mode because it takes a lot of processing power. Also, when stopping the video, the program will stop responding as the video finishes up. The more filters you use, it will slow down, so if you want that level of quality/compression, you should hide the view window and just let it process. Also, if the video file does not playback, you might need to adjust the bitrate with FFmpeg.
