LATISS's calibrate config used this S/N of 3.6, and we should probably use it in calibrateImage, though it was not the cause of the specific problem on this ticket.
LATISS's plate scale is 2x LSSTCam, so blends intrinsically cover more pixels.
shapeHSM moments were failing on most LATISS sources, which resulted in sizeExtendedness failing, which meant most sources were being rejected. This gets us the old behavior while someone looks into why shapeHSM is failing on LATISS.
