SAPI feature release

This version now supports SAPI5 bookmarks, e.g. enabling the continuous reading function of JAWS when used with MS Word. Also the SAPI5 version does not add silences between synthesis units anymore when using the internal text analyzer. The option of adding silence at beginning and end of each fragment also got added to the C++ API using a new property.

First public release

This is the first public release of the SALB framework.
In addition to the source release we also provide an installer package of the "Leo" Microsoft Windows (min. Vista, x86 and x64) system voice.
