Enable FRAG support in
callpeakandpileup. It will support the fragment files used by 10x genomics -- a BED style format like BEDPE format, with two extra columns -- barcode and count.When
-f FRAG, user can specify a barcode file to select subset of barcodes for peak calling or fragment pileup. Another option--max-countcan be used to set the maximum count (5th column) in the fragment file.
