This adds two licenses to the repository:

CC0 - for the code and library distributed by Mapbox
ODbL - for the fixtures which include OSM data, which requires ODbL and credit https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

The README has been updated to reflect this dual-license setup.

Resolves #107
