Python script to plot wind data from raw weather csv files.
- Clean the file by removing missing values (nincsadat)
- Categorize wind data into 16 different directions and count values for each category
- Categorize data into 6 wind speed ranges, and count their occurrence per direction (96)
- Get mean speed (m/s) per wind direction
- Plot a bar graph of prevailing directions normalized to percentage
- Plot a wind rose, including wind speed
