This release is based on MPS 3.1.2. The primary focus of this release was on fixing bugs and internal cleanup. This package contains the distribution that includes the plugins, the user guide and the tutorial.

Among other things the init expressions in mbeddr changed. To migrate to the new init expressions please execute the migration script called MBEDDR: Migrate Init Expression which can be found under Tools -> Scripts -> Enhancements
