This repository includes input data and R script to reproduce the analysis reported in Dugo et al, XXX, 2024.
To run the analysis download the repository in your favourite folder. Change the inputPath variable at the beginning of the NeoTRIP_DetermaIO_analyses.R script with the path of your folder. Run the script in R/RStudio.
