Adding a bugfix to reset when in burst mode

As reported in #31 there was a bug where chip went to sleep before executing reset command in burst mode. Along this fix also infrastructure was migrated to Github Actions and doxygen limits are imposed so that we will not add more doxygen warnings in the future.

Public release of version 1.0.0

It was pointed out that we should have a bit more visible release strategy. This is now labeled as 1.0.0 release of the driver library. Backwards compatibility was maintained until now.

Driver provides user options to:

• read ambient temperature tables from sensor via i2c
• read object temperature tables from sensor via i2c
• calculate ambient temperatures with supported and calibrated DSP versions
• calculate object temperatures with supported and calibrated DSP versions
• trigger measurements
• trigger burst mode measurements to save power
• provide possibilities to enter low power modes
• register mapping
