Most of all bug fixes but some very small improvements

  • ResetWifi bug fix (thks Wouter)
  • remove "dag / nacht" text in index.js because of the difference NL/BE (dank aan Wouter)
  • refactoring (align with Pro version)
  • Telnetmenu options align with Pro version
  • fix rng file storage wrong moment and to often( thks Bruno )
  • Factory reset via telnet (option Q)
  • hostname zonder "/" ( thks Guus )
  • write status file + sent static info once every 30 min (10min previous)
  • _water sensor option removed
  • _app option removed
  • Create HTML index file when missing
