No need and not able to set the Telegram update time any more. Dongle reads on the maximal frequency. SMR 5.x = 1 sec older 10 secs.

  • continuous read telegram (otherwise it raised more parse errors + memory leaks)
  • remove telegram update frequency setting (=always on)
  • pre40 check providing the telegram update frequency in settings
