Implement GEORADIUS_RO and GEORADIUSBYMEMBER_RO. Implement most of GEORADIUS and GEORADIUSBYMEMBER. Add tests.

Implement GEOSEARCH BYRADIUS
Implement DESC ordering and FROMLATLONG.
Implement GEORADIUS_RO and GEORADIUSBYMEMBER_RO.
Implement most of GEORADIUS and GEORADIUSBYMEMBER (acts like _RO versions for now).
Add tests.
What's still missing:
GEOSEARCH WITHHASH
GEORADIUS STORE/STOREDIST
GEORADIUSBYMEMBER STORE/STOREDIST
