Second International is a decentralized publication distributed across surfaces in Baltimore. The project is intended as a vernacular exploration of peer to peer file sharing. Embedded in public space, the piece examines planar forms of publication, while acknowledging the imperfect and, at times, fickle nature of decentralized networks.
