FIxed a few previous issues mostly APT

Apt now installs through a list in the apkg.db files (Yes I am aware that this may make this entire script fail if a system doesn't have met dependencies or doesn't have a certain package in the list. Though the upside to this is that apt will process faster and take less time installing.)

Fixed issue where it would try to upload information to bitbucket

HTSA had some improvements

Apt now installs more risky processes in the second apkg.db file.

Apt now auto removes and fixes broken packages forcefully.

libpam-usb was removed from apkg.db file
