Camera Configuration

This project currently only supports cameras that use Digest authentication. On newer firmwares this is an option that can be enabled.

  • Enable Digest authentication

  • While on the overlay screen, click Save with the debugger window open to intercept the call made

The URL (in this case http://192.168.2.9/ISAPI/System/Video/inputs/channels/1/overlays) is the address that will be used to update the overlay automatically.

In the camera's web UI position the elements where desired, currently the service only populates the fields, it does not position them on the overlay.
