Technical changes

  • Update ODK to 1.4.3

  • Update FOODON imports

  • Update DOSDP files

Curation updates

Several minor updates have been made and a few terms. The only major change is that that created_by label was updated to dcterms:creator to be more consistent with OBO ontologies.
