2. Make packet manager is down 3. Enable Reprocessor to pickup this RID for Process Issue : During this scenarion, first time reprocessor try to process RID to Packet uploader stage and due to Packet manager down, RID Status changed to REPROCESS in transaction table. second time reprocessor pickup RID and again put into SecureZone stage due to RID is REPROCESS and its getting Failed
