Skip remote tests for Thunderbird tinderbox builds

Tinderbox builds seem to no longer be produced for Thunderbird across all branches (comm-central, beta, esr52) and as such the expiry policy kicked in and deleted the files for comm-central recently. Only beta and esr52 remain, and I'm fairly sure those are gone too soon.

As it looks like those builds are only available now via the TaskCluster index like:

As from IRC: jorgk> yes, tinderbox was phased out ages ago.

In case of Firefox we still have all those files present. As such downloading those still works pretty well. But as it looks like we should skip those tests for TB now until we have downloading from TC in place.

As mentioned in the original comment no files are getting uploaded to https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/tinderbox-builds/ anymore.

As such I propose that we currently skip those Thunderbird remote tests.

Anyways, as I understood since the Tinderbox Archives are not going to receive updates there parameters in the test_tinderbox_scraper.py should be removed.
Did I get it right? Should I keep the parameters that test for firefox and other urls?

No, I didn't receive a message from you. Sorry. :/

The CI builds (aka tinderbox builds) still exist but are no longer uploaded to archive.mozilla.org. As such the test currently fails. Once we were able to fix issue #365 we will be able to test those builds again. As such simply mark the remote tests for Thunderbird tinderbox builds as skipped. That's all what is needed here for now.

This was fixed by PR #554.
