🔥 chore(.env): remove unused environment variables and .env file

🔥 chore(.gitignore): remove .env and .env.* from version control The .env file and its corresponding environment variables are no longer needed and have been removed. Additionally, the .env and .env.* files have been excluded from version control to prevent them from being accidentally committed in the future.
