A shiny application to generate URLs to access the deliberations of city councils (Conseil municipal, Conseil métropolitain and Bureau métropolitain), and OCR their content using the Tesseract4 engine. The enriched data is to be opened on the city open data portal https://data.nantesmetropole.fr/. The application is developed in R Shiny.
