Invert the argExpected condition to match Lua docs #98

The new behavior matches my reading of the 5.4 docs (https://www.lua.org/manual/5.4/manual.html#luaL_argexpected) and the sense of argCheck, so I don't think the old behavior was intentional?

I previously made a similar fix for argCheck in 00abb7d. So yes, this does look correct to me. Thanks for catching this!
