Theres a few issues for people wanting "missing" voices in SAPI. There are two culprits for this:

In truth UWP is not that useful - it doesnt do word timing events etc.. But SAPI4 is because still a lot of folk rely on old SAPI4 voices. So Im making a stab at this..
Not tested. V draft - on a back burner!
