This introduces following changes:

in github_repo_wrapper.py: modify parent - children relationship to allow multiple levels of nesting (till now only l1 children were allowed)
in cisco_client_sdwan.py: modify the logic to support children that are nested multiple times
in endpoints_sdwan.yaml: update SD-WAN example endpoints based on the updated netsting
