chore: update examples to .NET 9 #71

This PR updates all example projects and associated Docker infrastructure from .NET 8 to .NET 9.

Additionally:

The "ignore-errors" project that was added a few months ago wasn't added to the examples solution. It also didn't fit the pattern used in the other Dockerized examples, so I refactored it to conform to the established pattern
The "kubernetes" example also wasn't in the example solution (although it doesn't actually have any buildable .NET code, it's nice to be able to look at all the files from VS)
